Junior Trader - the first step on the way of each employee. Joining us with a letter of recommendation from the training center, a person receives a small start-up capital and performs transactions with the most liquid assets, using effective strategies under the leadership of a Mentor.
In the absence of a letter of recommendation, as an alternative, a trader can start with the management of its capital to create a positive history of trade. In case of positive result, the trader will join our team and will receive and manage start-up capital.
Junior Trader – this is the stage, where beginners can experiment: you can use the methods, which you have studied before, you can improve or completely change them, relying on your own experience and knowledge. At this level the skills jf a professional trader is trained. Because only personal strategy and a sharp look can be the Foundation of a successful Manager.

An employee who passed successfully the first level, has the tenacity and the necessary experience, and the main thing - the desire,then he goes to the second level of personal and professional development and growth and gets to control a larger portfolio.
